Launch checklist
Set `NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL` to your production domain.
Set `GOOGLE_SITE_VERIFICATION`, `BING_SITE_VERIFICATION`, and optionally `YANDEX_SITE_VERIFICATION`.
Submit `/sitemap.xml` to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
Ensure `/robots.txt` allows docs/content pages and blocks private routes.
Publish and keep `/llms.txt` current as docs and endpoints evolve.
